Prior to your initial appointment, you will receive an invitation to our secure client portal. There, you will complete all new client forms and questionnaires electronically. We ask that you provide your insurance information so benefits may be verified before your first appointment. 

Yes! For your convenience, all of our appointments are held virtually via our HIPAA compliant telehealth platform.

After the intake appointment, each 55 minute session will be $125. The initial intake appointment is $150. 

All of our therapists are in-network with private Anthem BCBS plans, Community Health Direct, and IU Health plans. 

The frequency of your appointments will be decided by you and your therapist, based on need. Appointments are often more frequent at the beginning of treatment, and weekly or bi-weekly appointments are most common. 

Currently, we do not have a prescriber on staff. However, we are able to work with your PCP or refer you to a psychiatric specialist as needed.
